Curtain Wall
Description
In the pursuit of a seamless façade, our customers would go to any lengths. We understand that and make sure that one of our best services include installing curtain walls. The technique employed is of bonding the glass on to the aluminum (or stainless steel) carrier frames which can then be fixed to build sub-frames. Additionally, we offer unsupported support frames which single-handedly supports the glass weight. We are thorough in our preparations by putting a check list in place wherein we note down all the requirements, in lieu of the project. Not just that, we also organize and chart a plan of action, communicate and put together the materials, list out contact details of the metalworkers, architects, the main contractor, the glass unit supplier and more.
We use materials like polyester powder coat, anodized aluminum and stainless steel as surfaces for the glass to bond to. Every step undergoes a meticulous factory-adhesion test. With a view to deliver a spotless work for the client, a comprehensive approach is followed by us. The run up to the project does take a fair bit of time (stipulated time: 4 weeks), but our focus is on constant quality checks to ensure that the result is positive.
